Heading South this week for a 44 mile ride from Salem NJ to Greenwich NJ and Shiloh Market for lunch, thanks to Woody for his help. Sadly the Canton Market is not open until next month, so our lunch stop is at mile 27. Might be a good idea to be prepared for the green door if you can‘t wait that long, and also bring along a snack. Very flat route. See meeting time and place. We‘ve used it on a morning glory ride a couple of times.

Location, time and length will vary with weather and schedule, but at least for March and April we will start at 10:00 and aim for 30-45 miles. This is an easy going friendly ride, often with a stop for lunch. Lights are suggested, even in the daytime. No one dropped as long as you don‘t go off the front. Details: Starting at the Giant, address provided, we will cycle to Northbrook Marketplace for a total of about 40 miles and 2200‘ of climbing. Lunch at about 30 miles. Bathroom available at the start and at about 7 miles in if needed. This has been a popular ride in the past, and we‘ll be following the same route. Hope to see you there.

No Easter Egg Hunt for you? Then join Betsy and I for an Airport + Ride Saturday morning. Looking for about 35 miles give or take, starting from 320 Market in Swarthmore, ride Pre airport miles in typical Betsy fashion, then head south toward Fort Mifflin with a stop at Royal Farms or Wawa for a bio break, and finally heading home with some extra loops as needed to supply our mileage. Make sure you and your bike are in good working order with daytime lights highly suggested, Ride safely following proper rules of the road for cars and cyclists (see our Safe Riding Rules and Tips link), and enjoy the day!
