This is a popular route, starting at Locke Park off of High Hill Rd in Swedesboro, with an optional lunch stop at the Woodstown Diner. Bio break about 13 miles in. 35.9 miles, less than 1000‘ of climbing, a good warm up ride for those winter legs! This is a no drop ride, though there are some long sections where you can just goooo. We will wait at the turns as needed. Make sure your Bicycle is ready to ride! Hopefully you‘ve already had that tuneup!

Let‘s enjoy the sunny warm weather on casual paced ride to get our legs back after a long snowy winter. We‘ll start at Bonsall Park Baseball Field on Silverside Rd Wilmington DE & ride past the Dupont Country Club then onto Greenway Trail past Brandywine Zoo along the Brandywine River into Wilmington and the Riverfront and onto the Jack Markell Trail to Historic New Castle. Lunch stop at the Waterfront Market in Wilmington. There are some good climbs riding into Wilmington & up out of the Brandywine River Valley.

Wow, it‘s been a rough winter! So let‘s start out easy with a pretty flat ride, an old favorite, starting in Salem NJ, heading south for some nice views and few cars, then on our return we will stop at one of our favorite stopping spots, Canton Country Store, 23 miles in. Make sure your bike and you are in good riding shape (notice I did not say Great) and join us for a warm day of riding in the flatlands of NJ! I listed it as C+ rather than C because it‘s so flat I think we‘ll be moving along pretty well, but with that said, this is a no drop ride, we will wait at turns if need be.
