We will ride in mid Delaware County, Swarthmore, Springfield, Ridley Park and Norwood areas on terrain the varies from flat to hilly. We ride until sunset, milage varies due to terrain and sunset. Lights are strongly suggested. Regroup as needed, no one dropped. Group leaves parking promptly at 6 pm. Please register and sign the on line waiver. Rain at start cancels. Bring a helmet, water, a tube and a smile.
We will do a ride around Delco there will be some hills but nobody will get dropped. Bring a helmet, a bike in good working condition, a light in case we run late getting back , and a good fun loving attitude. Please be on time we leave right at 6 PM. We will ride until dark. Rain cancels.

We‘ll start at 8:00 am from Nether Providence Middle School South parking lot (corner of Rt 252 and Copples Lane). Bring plenty of water and a snack, as we will only have a short bio break. There are some decent hills. About 35 miles, 1800‘ of climbing. This is a no drop ride, but if you are out front, I can‘t make any promises.

Home game this week. We will ride our favorite circuit, Rose Tree Park to Westtown School and back via Sandy Flash in Ridley Creek Sate Park. 27 miles with the usual hills. Start at Rose Tree Park parking lot. Depart at 9:30

Lets get a nice NJ 4th of July ride in as the weather forecast for the 4th is lower humidity with mid-80s. Ride starts at Locke Park at 9:15. We will do Woody‘s route from last Saturday - 46 miles. It was a great route with a stop at Bud‘s in Alloway for food and then a few blocks away, a picnic on a lake. Wearing red, white, and blue is most appropriate for this ride. Terrain is flat and rolling hills.

Spin through Delco...we ride until sunset, bring water and lights
We are heading to Brew HaHa in Delaware this morning, Weather permitting of Course. We start at the Giant parking lot on Dilworthtown and Rt 202 nearest the SW corner abutting Dilworthtown rd. Yes, there are Up hills, but that means some nice Down hills too. Bring $$ to spend at Brew haha, it‘ll be Brunch time for us when we arrive at about 22 miles in. There‘s also opportunity for Bio break at Garrison Cycling around 16 miles in if needed. No drop ride, really hoping for No rain for a change, but we will have to wait and see.
AM SHORTENING THE ROUTE FOR TONITE, due to a much great chance of rain after 8pm. 20mi instead of 27.

Morning Glory is a weekly C+ ride on Thursday mornings that starts at 930 and ends about noon. Rides vary from week to week but we typically aim to keep the rides to 30 miles or less. Specific ride details will be posted a week in advance. Most frequent starting point is Rose Tree Park but we vary starting points depending on the ride selected each week. For example, past rides have departed from Wallingford, Conshohocken, Lancaster county and Salem NJ.
