Join me for around 24 miles of scenic hills in the greater Middletown/Cheyney/Glen Mills region. 12-13mph with A LOT of climbing in lovely environs. 6pm prompt start at Springton Lake Middle School-the Sycamore Mills side near the tennis courts!
